Gracious assisted living that offers comprehensive services for residents at the Courtyard of Loveland
A generous allowance for all support services is included with the basic room rate at the Courtyard of Loveland. Quality care is provided at rates that make it the best value for assisted living in Northern Colorado. Residents’ rooms are cleaned weekly, their bathrooms cleaned daily, and their linens and personal laundry individually washed weekly. Social activities, nutritious meals and snacks are always part of the basic room rate. An allowance of time for personal one-on-one care is also part of the basic room rate, including bathing and dressing assistance. Additional assistance is available, if needed, at an hourly rate.
Private telephone, internet and cable TV hookups are available in all rooms at the resident’s expense. Free local TV and wireless internet (WiFi) connections are available in the living room, along with a free public phone for local calls. A complimentary monthly newsletter features pictures of the residents’ activities, community news, the monthly activities calendar, and the monthly menu.
Monthly assessment by an RN is a basic service
A monthly assessment includes vital signs, medication and overall health review. Our nurse is also available for consultation for daily problems.
The Courtyard also offers a loving respite care program for seniors. Respite care is a planned, short-term break that provides temporary relief for family caregivers without moving furniture or belongings. Respite Care is a positive experience and promotes health and well-being for both the senior and his/her caregiver.
Incontinence consultation
Incontinence specialists from Caring Solutions, LLC, visit with individual residents in the privacy of their rooms to help them manage their incontinent concerns through professional consultation, assessment and education.
Unique activities program designed to preserve independence, well-being and fun!
Our dedicated Activities Coordinator keeps Residents busy! Residents gather for exercise and mobility programs on a daily basis along with bingo and thought provoking games during the week.
Live entertainment and “lively” visits from preschoolers, ice cream socials, outings to parks and neighborhood walks, and holiday events are just a few of our many activities. Sunday interdenominational chapel services and a weekly Bible study group offer spiritual and emotional support.
An active Resident’s Council meets monthly to give each Resident a voice in activities, menus, facility policies, suggestions and resolution of issues. Residents’ opinions are encouraged and respected.
Delicious, home-cooked meals are served three times a day
Flavorful and nutritious meals are prepared in our kitchen from “scratch” and from fresh ingredients. The Food Service Manager meets regularly with Residents to determine preferences. Special meals for residents and families such as summer picnics and holiday parties are ongoing events. Coffee, juice and snacks are always available for Residents and their guests, and snacks are served to Residents in their rooms mid morning and evening. Sugar free choices are always available but not monitored.
