Our professional care team at the Courtyard of Loveland consists of people who bring their compassion and skills to enable our residents to be well cared for, comfortable, and happy.

Vickie Martina, MSW, Director

Master of Social Work, Florida State University

• Professional background in medical, rehab, hospice, and geriatric social work and administration
• Experience providing social services: resident advocate, emotional support and grief and loss counseling, psychosocial assessments, end-of-life concerns, referrals to community resources
• CSU Field Instructor for the School of Social Work providing supervision for student interns

Lynne Hernandez, M.A., Staff Coordinator

Registered Medical Assistant

• 15 years of experience in the medical field before coming to the Courtyard.
• Supervisor of our team of Qualified Medication Administration Persons (QMAP) and Personal Care Providers (PCP).

• Work and life experiences in a wide variety of nursing venues
• A genuine love of the elderly

Gae Annelle Russo, Administrative Assistant

• BS in Interior Design with an emphasis in space planning
• Professional Organizer in her spare time

Ian Kaman, Kitchen Manager

• Associates Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management
• Creates monthly menu and manages the kitchen.
