The Courtyard of Loveland offers a caring, home-like atmosphere in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood

Residents enjoy a pleasant home-like décor and comfortable furnishings in the common areas. Residents furnish and decorate their own rooms to individual taste, with the Courtyard providing window coverings. All rooms are open and safe, with a barrier-free, private 1/2 bathroom in every room. Each room has its own separate room thermostat and ceiling fan. Emergency call buttons, smoke detectors, fire sprinklers and a back-up generator on-site provide security and peace of mind.

The Courtyard of Loveland is equipped with a wander guard protection system

The building is equipped with an egress alert system for wander protection including the large fenced yard area and gardens. Residents who are at risk for wandering are kept safe by wearing a wrist device. When a resident approaches an exit, the alarm sounds, and staff responds to ensure their safety.

The Courtyard of Loveland provides both indoor and outdoor living

Our grounds feature gardens, outdoor seating and an outdoor grill. Residents enjoy delicious, home cooked meals. They have individual food and portion choices. Coffee, juice and snacks are always available for residents and their guests. Families and friends are entertained through such activities as family potlucks, birthday celebrations and holiday events.

Residents become part of an extended family of new friends

Residents have keys to their rooms and the exterior doors of the facility. Transportation to planned activities is provided by the Courtyard. If a Resident is in need of transportation, arrangements may be made at the office for service in our mini-van at a nominal fee. Residents are requested to sign in and out at the front desk for their safety, but may come and go at anytime. Neighborhood walking is encouraged!
