Hearts and Horses Therapeutic Riding Center
Hearts & Horses, a non-profit therapeutic riding facility in Northern Colorado, has been changing lives since 1997. They offer Equine Assisted Learning for at-risk youth and therapeutic riding for individuals with disabilities.
Their "Riding in the Moment" program facilitates adults and seniors facing cognitive challenges, memory loss, or injury-related impairments, helping them find joy in equine-related activities.

Alzheimer’s Association Memories in the Making® (MIM) is an art program for individuals with memory impairment. Even after the ability to use words is lost, residents often express thoughts and memories through watercolor painting.
