Hearts and Horses Therapeutic Riding Center
Hearts & Horses, a non-profit therapeutic riding facility nestled in the foothills of Northern Colorado, has been changing lives for people with disabilities since 1997. They offer Equine Assisted Learning programs and specialized programs like "Riding in the Moment" to help seniors facing memory loss find joy through equine interactions.
Memories in the Making
Alzheimer’s Association Memories in the Making® (MIM) is an art program for individuals with memory impairments. Through watercolor painting, participants can express thoughts and emotions that words can no longer capture, offering comfort and creative expression.
