Experience the benefits of The Courtyard's unique health and wellness program. Here at the Courtyard, we believe that an active lifestyle is essential to maintaining both mental health and overall happiness.
We offer activities seven days a week, year-round including:
- Exercise class every weekday morning
- Group brain exercises (Crossword Puzzles, "Word in a word", "Name 10")
- Physical activities: Ladder-ball, Mini basketball, Bean-bag toss
- Educational activities: History, Health education seminars
- Group outings: Shopping trips, Museum visits, "Lunch Bunch"
- Visits from therapy dogs and local musicians
